In the news that shocked Japan, the only child of one of the conglomerates in the land of Sakura admitted to having eaten hartevelt’s body, some of which were swallowed raw and partially cooked with spices. The French court finally decided not to prosecute Sagawa for the murder, because his mental condition was considered very weak.
- Sao Boonwat – Myanmar diplomat who killed his own wife In 1967, Sao Boonwaat, a Burmese (present-day Myanmar) diplomat, killed his wife after learning that the wife was having an affair. Boonwaat is an ambassador in Sri Lanka (formerly Ceylon). He shot his wife and covered up his crime by returning to Burma, before he could be brought to court. He spends the rest of his days as a free individual, thanks to the abuse of his “above the law” diplomatic status.
- Orachorn Thephasadin Na Ayu dhya – driving without a license In 2010, a 17-year-old girl named Orachorn Thephasadin Na Ayu dhya drove one of her father’s cars without a driver’s license. While driving, he made the mistake of texting and playing on his cell phone. Because of this, he ended up crashing into a van containing 14 passengers. As many as 9 people died instantly because of the negligence of the Thai teenager. His wealthy parents paid for a lawyer, and somehow the court only sentenced him to three years in prison for driving without a license. Na ayudhya is also known as a mandatory report sentence for several months, he was asked to become a public servant as an additional punishment.
- Ethan Couch In 2013, a 16 year old boy named ethan couch stole a beer and drunk driving with his friends. Because of his actions, four pedestrians who were stepping on the sidewalk in For Worth, Texas, died instantly. Meanwhile, his friends now live with severe brain damage.
